Entretien
The first step was a quick phone screening. Followed by a code pairing session with 3 developers discussing 2 code problems and asking technical questions.
Followed by a frontend code pairing session.
I'm only talking about the first interview since I'm not moving forward with the process. It is a time wasting step. A non technical person clinically reads questions from a script and records answers transcribed using a Note taking AI tool.
