I was contacted about this position on a job board. The recruiter sent me an email and asked if I was interested in it, and if I was available for a phone interview. The phone interview was scheduled for the next day in the afternoon. Less than an hour before the phone call, the recruiter emailed me saying that the job was put on hold. She couldn't have emailed me in the morning? I spent the whole day waiting for this phone call. She said that she would contact me as soon as the job reopens. The job was reposted 2 weeks later, and she never contacted me again.
