Due to Covid-19, the interviews were held online via a zoom call. I had a great conversation with Casey LeBlanc first and he suggested I would be a great fit for HomeLight due to my experience with Qualia. I then had a zoom interview with Sebastian and Cara. Our call went great. It was meaningful, insightful and fun. It was great getting to know them both as I came on board as Cara's new assistant. I was promised a call back with a decision and I got it when promised.

The interview process went pretty quick and was smooth. I had one phone interview and two virtual interviews before the company made me an offer. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
