I went through two parts of the three step interview process. First is the phone interview, then in-person with manager, and finally in-person with regional manager. In-person interview with two managers. One was asking questions while the other was acting as a secretary. They seemed kind of inexperienced, but they were kind and funny.

They will ask you many details about previous employers. What you liked or desliked about the company, manager names, numbers to call for those managers, etc. They really didn't ask much outside my resume.

Pretty simple over all and standard in my opinion. Asks some core questions about your values and about 5 questions about your previous work experience. Your future goals, what are your interests.

Lovely people and come from all walks of life. They really dig into your likes and dislikes. Ask what your hobbies are. It was a long interview. Be prepared to be interviewed by multiple managers and the branch manager

Very quick. Super nice. Interviewed with the office manager and the sales manager. Had a second interview with the branch manager and it was quick as well. The interview took about 15-20 minutes and the second interview took about 5 minutes.
