Entretien
I had a group interview with Home Fundraising in October 2018 for the door to door fundraising. Loved the experience, the interviewer was very informative extremely kind and patient.
First stage was a short telephone interview, after which you are invited to a group interview.
Group Interview. Took us through a presentation on how to create a pitch for Charity. Then you delivered your pitch to a employee. They offered you feedback and asked you a few questions.

Entretien
There was a large group being interviewed. We each had to pitch a random world problem in detail and propose a solution in front of the rest of the group. They were testing our interpersonal skills and how we could describe issues that require funding emphatically.
