Entretien
Job fair: 5 minute interview, with an HR rep. (Three open ended behavioral questions)
1 Month later, I was called for instore interview: 40 minutes long, with store manager. (Six open ended experience /costumer interaction questions that asked for detailed examples)
4 days later, I was called for HR interview, which provided a formal job offer. (Asked me 1. Why Home Depot? 2. What do you see yourself doing in the future (say staying there, advancing, be honest!) 3. Do you have any questions for me? It is always a good to have questions to ask that are positive in tone.
Note that I have 10+ years of construction work experience, and am looking forward to this sales- based opportunity.
