When your are sending a online resume they have a questionnaire which is a knowledge test in terms of detecting your intelligence and if you are a likely candidate for the position. Then when you get a call from Home Depot Canada they will ask questions regarding the information you have provided on cover letter and resume to confirm everything is accurate and correct.In addition they will ask questions about the criteria they have set for the position they also want detailed responses in terms of how you dealt with conflicts. In the call interview they also ask if you mind wearing the boots and red apron of Home Depot and your availability. They will take your answers and assess it and get back to you in a few days online.
