I had 3 different interviews in order to secure the job. Initially I applied at a job fair and then was asked back for two additional interviews, the first with the front-end supervisor and one with the HR manager

It was an over the phone interview. I was asked what job I was looking for and told what I would be expected to do for certain positionsThey did not ask me any questions about myself and mostly put me through hypotheticals. Once it was completed, I was allowed to ask questions and was informed about their benefits.
