After applying through a job board, they sent me a survey to fill out with specific questions about the role and asked me to disclose the salary range I was seeking. Then I got an email to schedule an interview with the recruiter, and was asked to fill out three personality assessments. The interview was recorded, and the interviewer style was somewhat aggressive, the recruiter even interrupted me a couple times before I finished talking and she confirmed they use a software to track how many hours you work a week, they then send it for approval at the end of the month and then you get paid if you have all your hours. After this, she confirmed my salary range and asked, "What's the lowest salary you'd be comfortable with?" I asked what the biggest challenge the company is currently facing, and she answered, "communication, as it is sometimes difficult when working remotely". Finally, she let me know there were approximately 2-3 more interviews. Lots of huge red flags, so I let her know I wouldn't be continuing with the hiring process.
