There was a phone interview that was C# focused. Then I participated in an in-person interview that focused on problem-solving. Also, I met with multiple folks from software devs to managers at all levels.

Pretty smooth and straightforward. Applied through referall. Got call for recruiter screen within 48 hrs. Next round was video interview with hiring manager. 2 weeks was the timeframe for the answer. Unfortunately position was put on hold. Hr personally took the time to call and inform me about the situation

TA partner had a good understanding of the team, role, and what the hiring manager was looking for, made it easy to prioritize this role from the start of the process

There was first a recruiter screen, then a hiring manager interview. It didn't seem like the hiring manager knew completely what they were looking for/what they wanted the role to look like, so there were some points in the interview that were confusing responsibilities-wise.
