The interview was going well (so, I thought). I had multiple calls with the hiring manager (multiple behavioral-type and competency questions, etc) - we kept going over the scheduled time slots. Then I had a take-home case study to prepare for, which I eventually presented to the executive leadership team. The next steps are for a couple of 1:1s with said leadership team members. Not that I thought I nailed the first 1:1, but I always feel I could have done better (just a self eval that I do) for every interview I’ve been on. Anyway, I didn’t hear back from anyone. Not even a “thank you for your time, but…” message. Since I’ve spent a good amount of time on the calls, not to mention the preparation, I think it’s reasonable to expect a bit of feedback. It was basically ghosted.
