Throughout the INCREDIBLY long interview process, I noticed one thing, Holler’s favorite catchphrase is, “We have a Black CEO!”. But… Even on their website, you REALLY have to dig to find any of this diversity they love to talk about, and it’s kind of non-existent outside of a “buzz-word”. Where is it? Companies preach it but never act on it and Holler is blindingly not diverse. Toward the end of the interview process I accepted an offer from another Company cause Holler took such a long time to act. But had they made me an offer, after having to play “find the diversity in a haystack” on their site I would’ve passed. “We have a Black CEO! Please don’t look beneath the surface!” Things that make you go “hmmm?”
