The interview process was a few steps. First day interviewed with the location that I wanted to be set up with. At that location first the manager hired me and then two other leasing associates did a non-formal interview with me. After I made it through that process then I had to meet another manager from another property and when that went well I finally met with the regional manager who interviewed me and it what location they felt I would best be suited for.
