2. Skills Assessment - Was extremely difficult and I thought I did very bad but they were happy with my results. I don't think they expect you to finish it.

Onsite interviews with 5 people, manager and above. Each interview lasted about 30-40 mins. Many behavioral questions and what interests me to work in cruise industry. They really values the passion for cruise.
