I found the interview process very well organized and fluid - conducive to a well run organization. I met with approximately 6 individuals in varying positions in the company with each meeting running approximately 30-45 minutes. I was invited to Atlanta and chauffered to and from the airport which was delightful. Hotel accomodations were reserved, but oddly, I resulted in having to pay for the stay. I found the personnel delightful and very much focused on ensuring the team culture be maintained - which was refreshing. I followed up appropriately after the interview and was informed that I would be contacted. It appears that I am not the likely candidate; which did not surprise me due to previous statements pertaining to being one of the first of my background to interview for such a position. In all, I believe the company is probably great to work for. My only issue would be that members hold true with informing individuals of their candidacy status. The hotel reservation issue was a little odd as well. However, I wish the company continued success.
