I recently interviewed for a Sustainability Manager position and wanted to share my experience. The interview process was thorough, focusing on my experience with environmental regulations and reporting. I was also asked about my project management skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. The interviewers were very knowledgeable and asked insightful questions about my approach to sustainability challenges. Overall, it was a positive experience and I felt the company was genuinely committed to sustainability.
