The process went very smoothly, I felt like I was truly set up to succeed and given a lot of support. Hokodo put together an interview support sheet with information on the process and company values, which was very helpful and a welcome attention.

The core part of the process was dedicated to understanding whether I am aligned with company values. The technical test was a case study on SQL and dbt.
