Entretien
Had a short phone interview with HR, and was invited to interview with 4 individuals after that. All 4 interviews were one-on-one, but they were back-to-back on the same day.
The interview questions were pretty simple, but each person only asked me one or two things and then wanted me to ask THEM questions about the job. I had the feeling they were either not prepared, or they were not very experienced. Nonetheless, they were all nice and polite, and the meeting was not very high-pressure.
The dress code is casual, but you should wear a suit to the interview. Most employees are young (in their 30s). The office is colorful and a completely open environment, but you will have privacy for the interview.

Entretien
Over the course of October & November, I had 3 phone interviews with various parties at Hobsons/Starfish. I was then asked to fly in for a full day of interviews before Thanksgiving.
After this full day of travel and interviews, I never heard back from the recruiter or the hiring manager, unless I reached out first. Even then only 1 of 5 attempts to contact were acknowledged.
To date, they have never gotten back to me in regards to the status of the application. I have moved on and am no longer looking.
