Sent in my resume and cover letter in December and had a phone interview in early February. I received an offer a few weeks later. Overall I thought the process was very smooth and well communicated.

It was phone interview for 25 minutes, and the interviewer was very nice. The process itself was very relax, a lot of it was just conversations about previous projects.

Interviewed with two different people each lasted about 30 minutes. Easy questions about previous intern experience, why Hobsons, etc. The entire process took about 3 weeks from the time the application was submitted to an offer.
