This was a very simple interview. Just asked a few questions about me and my background. A lot of the questions are used to determine your work ethic and if you can show up and work hard, then you can get the job

Entretien
Walk in the front door of the store, tell the CSM (red lanyard) that you're there for an interview. Wait at the front for a few minutes, the store manager will come to greet you. Very friendly and understanding, basic general questions regarding job priorities.

Entretien
Was asked a couple questions and was given a basic math test. Simple questions, easy answers such as whether or not I want to attend school or what I plan to do with the company.
Was real easy, first job interview as 16 year old. Everything went as expected. Just went over my application. I had been recommended by a current employee. Not much to it.
