J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Hobby Lobby (Miamisburg, OH)
Entretien
A pretty easy-going, comfortable interview. Some of the questions he asked were: What is your greatest accomplishment? What would you change about yourself if you could? If you disagreed with something your boss asked you to do how would you handle it? Describe a time when you went above and beyond for a customer. What did I like best about my last job? What did I like the least about my last job. I was given a basic math test that consisted of multiplication, addition, percentages (i.e. What is 15% off of $24.95, and Add 7.5% sales tax to $3.99) 16 math questions in all.

Question 1
I stumbled on a few questions as I have a tendency to freeze up when put on the spot, but the lamest answer I gave was to the 'greatest accomplishment' question.

Extremely easy. Was during seasonal so management let pretty much anybody in. Had to take a quick test, which was easy enough. The woman who interviewed me was very personable during the process.

It was very smooth process. They asked me 4 or 5 questions and then let me ask questions. They gave me a tour of the store and introduced me to the other people working there.
The interview process was swift and easygoing. The managers had great personalities and were easy to communicate with. They made you feel at home before you even started the interview.
