Interview in a store by the store manager, and a tour of the store. Very friendly staff. I was made to feel at ease. There were several applicants, and I wasn't offered the job, but it was a good experience.
Application, called to interview about 3 weeks later, then met with deputy store manager for a one-to-one interview in an office above the shop floor. Questions were easy and standard eg. who is a Hobbs customer
I filled in an application form online and then received a phone call to come for an interview at the store. I went for an interview at the store with the store manager and was then interviewed by the area manager. I received a phone call regarding the outcome.
