Technical interview and then they wont get back to you, when you chase then they will ask you to come down on salary so that they can pay you peanuts(far behind industry minimum) and make you work like donkey.

Entretien
Involves three stage process. Initial telephone screening, technical interview for about an hour which involves the discussion prio experience and skills and then discussing the potential solutions for theirexisitng business plans with a strategic plan. The rinal interview is with the CEO, which is more about testing how can you fit into the orgnaization with the emphasis on cultural adoption to the environment and what is the value youbring to the organization.
