First round was an initial screening round by recruiter. Lots of positive feedback, but then recruiter went dark for nearly 3 weeks. Finally reaches back out to schedule 2nd round with hiring manager. Again, lots of good feedback, discussion, open conversation, talk about coverage models--I left there feeling very confident. On to 3rd round with is a panel interview with 2 other Solution Consultants and the hiring manager where I had to present a short 7 minute presentation. Only 2 of the 3 participants were on video, but overall I felt the presentation went well and would be made an offer. Another week goes by and receive an automated email that another candidate was selected. Zero feedback as to reason why I was not chosen. Follow-up emails/messages not returned.
