Next step is a call with the hiring manager - 30 meet interview with the hiring manager went 50 minutes - Set up a call with a technical member of the team - Hour interview with a technical member of the team - Then nothing for a week (and I was told they would get right back to me) - After a week, I sent a note to the recruiter. He states in his note I will hear back Monday or Tuesday about an offer. They don't get back to me on Monday or Tuesday. - Friday I get a Dear John automated letter. - I call the recruiter and he tells me they decided to go in another direction but if I see anything on the web site, run it by him. They strung me along for three weeks just to send me a Dear John. I wouldn't work here if it was the last company on earth.
