Online form which just asked basic details and for a copy of my CV, phone interview with someone from the HR dept about my background including some more info about the role, in person technical interview with a director asking about experience, problem solving and getting to know what I'm like as a person, critical behaviour interview to identify key traits and see past experience of how I have acted in various situations, HFit (cultural fit) interview with VP.
Overall the process was fairly smooth and they got back to me within a couple days after each interview.

Question 1
How I dealt with various situations, especially when confronted with authority figures acting outside scope.
Pretty basic process.
They just did a couple of questions along 3 interviews.
One with a talent recruiter.
Another more technical.
A last one that was behavioral.
The process took around 1 week.

Entretien
The case study was challenging but fair. Lots of good questions but straightforward. Good rapport with everyone in the room which was nice to see compared to others. I would recommend.
A Phone screening by the recruiter followed by three to five video interviews with prospective bosses and teammates. The level of seniority in interviewers progressed as the interviews went on. Finally, I had a call with the recruiter telling me the results. The team enjoyed, but the company recently went on a hiring freeze.
