Went through 4 rounds of interviews with senior leadership and was told that I was not selected because I did not wear a collared shirt during my final interview. The people I interviewed with were in polo shirts or sweaters. I wore buttoned down collared shirts in 2 of the interviews and the 2 final ones wore a sweater with a jacket. Reminded me of the EDS days where woman had to wear dresses or skirts and men had to wear ties and suit coats. No thank you!
