There are total three rounds of recruitment process in Hitachi. Day 1 is online test total 167 among our group of colleges a third conducted by third party company in which i got passed in it Day 2 It was HR round . Two people came , quit good guys , well dressed and very generous. After the company presentation we where called for HR interview, In which they ask about the family background and some basic electronics questions , in which i got passed and next day i was called for technical Interview. Day 3 The Technical Team got arrived around 10:30 and interview got started in 10:45, one by one names are calling for interview, Here the twist comes They are directly telling that "Why are ECE guys are comming will only hire EE guys""What work you will do as a site Engineer do you have any knowledge" One of friend has a project from accnture and he has just written c language in his cv The interviewer was " Are ye software wala hai , ye kya kam krega"" tumhara nhi jao ghar jao" and when any EE guys are arriving they are asking questions about Power electronics .which also taught in ECE. When my turn came I was asked to draw a rectifier circuit although i got rejected in it and all about that my interview was over in 7 mins.This was language of the interviewer of this prestigious company in simple words it means EE WELCOME ECE GOOD BUY!!! among 60 guys they just took 16-20 guys, People from orissa are also coming from them almost 90 % got placed . and from Kolkata its 2 , This is condition its a 3.10 lpa package job in Gandhinagar and 3 months internship in which 7500 will be paid per month worst experience till now

The interview was mostly about past working experience and on different products of the company and their services and business. Interview is three step process: - 1 - Resume shortlisting 2 - Technical Interview depending on which domain you are applying for. 3 - HR round.
