This interview was conducted over the phone by the director, Chad. He was very friendly, and the conversation was easy-going but it was slightly unconventional and I felt like I was being psychoanalyzed. He emphasized the need for reform in the human resource department, and how much he despised candidate "ghosting", which I agree with. Ironically, they "ghosted" or ignored every email or question I followed up with after the interview. I was very disappointed in his actions.
