The interview was a discussion with the project leader and the recruiter. Very little time to ask them question, but friendly chat overall. After rejection, the reason given are somewhat blur.

two stage, Technical round, conceptual questions, basic electrical engineering understanding of concepts followed by pressurized questions on work acumen, culture & team work. Second round by senior head of department of factory manager. HR round is tough as they negotiate on salary
