Interview process: -Phone call with the recruiter. -Got a home assignment, with a deadline of 24 hours. - Interview at their offices, First conversation was with a team member, mostly personal and experience related. Second conversation was with the Team Leader. 2 Leetcode questions. I requested a review for my home assignment and I've been told I did it pretty good. Interviews were nice and kind. Unfortunately, After a few days I've got a call that "they have 15 candidates and they need to choose only one".

Ghosting candidates is disrespectful. The interview had 2 stages - an initial phone call and a system design interview which had two parts - present a project you have done and then a question regarding a problem they had to solve in the company.
