Wonderful interview process! Spoke with each team member individually. Had an office tour. It felt very homey and it felt like people really cared about each other and their work. The process was more of a “Who are you?” Interview. I like that they were trying to find a person with skill, but also one that fits in with their family. The President of the company has an office right beside his team and has reached out via text and email for anything I’ve needed. I have not started yet, but I’m extremely excited.
