I was contacted by an HR generalist after applying and was further put into a second interview. I was interviewed by the CFO and made to feel like I was unqualified but in reality it would appear they are looking for director or senior level management position and not a manager/supervisor.

I had three phone interviews. The interviewer for the third interview showed up 10 minutes late, was not friendly and seemed like she would like to be anywhere but at the interview.
