Very easy, they really just asked about when and where you have had customer service experience. They do not care if it was at a hotel or not. They just want to make sure that the person being interviewed has a good personality, and can show that they have a "customer comes first" mentality.

Very good and very smooth....knowledgeable and got full chance to explore my skills and abilities ...person who took my interview was also very good and we'll spoken ...process was really smooth...virtual interview and property round is there
The interview process was relatively easy and thorough. Only one interview, did not need to come back for a second and was called shortly after. This made the whole process very easy.
