During the interview process. The operation manager was so calm and kind. His attitude at the first sight helped me to calm down, and answer properly to the questions he asked me.
It was a phone interview. They called me over the phone. I didn't have much experience in the industry. It only took about 15 minutes. They notified me later that day that I did not receive an offer.
