The interview process consisted of an online interview where a series of questions were answered through a website using a webcam. If the reviewers liked the outcome a phone interview was the next step and then usually this would either lead to a job offer or decline. The interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to while maintaining professionalism. It was done in a Skype type arena and from the comfort of your home-office. A home office is required.
