Alright, here’s the deal. Hillstone pays well and expects a high standard from their employees. They take presentation seriously (yes, they even require red lipstick for women) so make sure to smile, maintain eye contact and present yourself as a professional. First impressions matter so dress as if you're going into an office but make it all black. The interview process is fast paced for a reason (shallow but hey), therefore presentation is the #1 focus when preparing for this interview. At the end, when they ask, "Any questions for me?" always have one or two ready.
(For hosts), if they escalate you to a GM and then schedule an interview with HR, your chances are very good. If that doesn’t happen, you didn’t get the job but you can try again with this in my mind. HR is a 15 minute screening, simply do as you did before and you've secured yourself a position.
