I applied and got an interview about 3 weeks later. There were several others being interviewed on the same day for all the different positions. Waited about 15 minutes after the actual interview time before being called to sit down for an interview. I was interviewed by two managers at the same time they asked usual questions then made me take an assessment and told me to wait 24 hours for a response.

You have to go through two interviews, sometimes three. One with the GM and then one with the CFO/CEO of Hillstone via zoom. If they don’t offer you the job on the first interview you didn’t get hired. They always say they will call you back but they won’t.
