The interview process was a waste of time and ended very disrespectfully. I made it to the final round of interviews, I was scheduled to meet with the SVP. I waited about 40 min but he never came to the interview. I emailed the woman I was in talks with asking if we could reschedule and she never responded. I followed up a few more times and still nothing. Stood up and ghosted. Why is it so hard to reach out and say something come up or they are deciding to go another way? It's not a hard thing to do.

Entretien
Phone screening then meetings with three individuals on the account team. Standard questions about interest in the company, previous experience, and work style. The conversations were fairly casual and the interviewers were friendly. My only complaint is there was not much time to ask questions.

Human Resources was very friendly and communicative during the initial phone screening, which lasted approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Follow-up was efficient, and the interviews with the team members were conversational, behavioral based on prior work experience and interests, and a great opportunity to meet the people within Hill Holliday.
