Recruiter reached out two weeks ago, slow to respond and never coordinated time, then went on PTO for a week without passing me on to another recruiter. Gets back from PTO, sends several emails back and forth still incapable of finding a time, even though I provided many opportunities. Then, 2+ weeks after final outreach, says the offered to someone else. Waste of time and energy, poor candidate experience in a competitive market like this.
