2 phone screens + 3 onsite interviews; although rigorous, this was the kindest interview process I've been through in the Seattle tech market over the last decade. Interviewers were genuinely interested in making sure I was comfortable and presenting my best self. I left each round wanting to join this incredible team more and more, and if it didn't work out for me, I was excited for the talented individuals that would!

Average process, although many interviews. First with recruiter, then hiring manager, then loop with several people. Due to scheduling this stage took several weeks. Luckily the recruiter kept me posted on the process.

Wonderful interview experience. I was referred in by a current colleague. Recruiter was knowledgeable, prompt, and very personable in all communication. I felt extremely supported like all the interviewers wanted to see me be successful by how they engaged and guided conversations. I took advantage of the coaching offered by the recruiter prior to entering my loop interviews. Customer experience is important to Highspot and it’s clear they believe that begins with employees by how they treat potential employees and current employees.

Entretien
Was invited to interview based on an internal reference. I interviewed remotely over Zoom with a member of the human resources team for an HR screen. Interview lasted about 30 minutes.
