As soon as I walked into the call floor I was overwhelmed with unhappy faces. Everyone looked miserable. The application process was tedious. Online testing (2 or 3 of them), phone interview then face to face. The face to face was with one of the managers. It lasted maybe 15 minutes. She mostly talked about their strict attendance policy and how they keep firing people still in training. Also, the training is 10 weeks long.
