Really nice, open conversation, interest in both professional and personal story of my as candidate, extremely pleasant experience with a positive outcome. There were three rounds, with the HR advisor, and then two different rounds with the managing partner and then with other two partners. `For consultants there is also a final round with a presentation.

The most important question for me was - what makes you unique. And I loved that they asked me at the end of the interview is I have feedback for them.
