I was contacted by their CEO in early December 2013. I met with the CEO about the position and we had a chat about my skills and technical expertise and about how I can fill the gap as a software developer. I had 2 rounds of technical rounds during Jan 2014 where I met with the senior developer and architect where I was posed questions involving recursion, algorithms and a hands on task on figuring out a problem in the Chromium source. Afterwards the CEO conveyed that I had cleared the technical rounds and I can expect an offer but that requires an approval from someone in the US. Then came the disappointment and the CEO's lack of professionalism. He didn't answer any of my emails or calls about the offer I was awaiting. I am not sure what happened in the background but timely communication on the development would have been the minimum amount of courtesy that should have been extended.

It was a technical interview followed by HR interview. The technical questions were very good. The interviewer was patient and focused on Data structures. Questions on Stack, Trees and linked list. H.R interview was basic to check one's intents and aim.
