very short hiring process and misleading job description. what you are told in the interviews doesn't match with what you will be doing, even though they give you a half hour to shadow during your interview, the shadow consists of nothing but outbound answering machines or the representatives getting yelled at.
Horrible... the recruitment process is outdated. Communication is very minimal and sporadic....a company that showed that even in the interview that is has a high turnover rate. Thorough and good people to work with. They asked good questions, quick response, seemed to know what they are looking for. I was happy with the overall process. It took a total of a few weeks
