I received a phone screening from their HR and they asked me a few simple questions about my experience, expected salary, then sent me an assignment to finish within 48 hours. However, they didn’t respond back to me whether I pass the assignment or not. Even I’ve followed up several times. They said will update me on the beginning of the following week, but there was still no update after the entire week has gone, which I evaluate unprofessional.

Thank you for your review, and we apologise for this experience that you had. Whilst mistakes happen, we don’t want anyone who interviews at HiBob to have this experience and we want to continually improve our recruitment process.
We will pass this back to our TA team so we can learn and improve for next time.

1st with recuriter was good, I think we had a great time.
2nd, with a TLS, but I found it really boring, they did not wanted to know more about my experience.

It was a really positive experience. They were warm, welcoming, and very transparent throughout the conversation, openly sharing information and setting clear expectations, which made the interaction feel comfortable, professional, and genuinely engaging. 😊
