First you have a 30 Minute Interview with a recruiter, then you have a programming test on your own. After this you have a 1 hour technical Interview with 2 lead devs. I didn't make it past here so idk what else happens.

Received a written technical test through email and had 4 hours to complete it and email it back. The average time to complete the test was 2 hours and it was explicitly stated that the longer you took to complete the test, the worse your answers would be considered.
