first screening call was with lead designer and product manager, not like regular screening call. lead designer was pretty engaging and friendly but manager seemed like she didn't even want to answer my questions.

One of the most thoughtful and authentic interview experiences I’ve had. The communication throughout the process was crisp, transparent, and respectful of everyone’s time. What stood out most was the genuine focus on finding the right fit — not just for the company, but for the candidate as well.
Every conversation felt human, honest, and intentional rather than scripted or transactional. I never felt like “just another candidate.” I felt listened to, valued, and treated with real care and professionalism throughout the process.

Question 1
“What environment brings out the best in you, and what kind of company are you truly looking for?” It shifted the conversation away from rehearsed answers and toward a genuine discussion about values, leadership, culture, and long-term fit. It was clear they weren’t just trying to fill a role — they were trying to understand the human behind the resume and whether the partnership would work well for both sides.

First interview with hiring manager. Very friendly setup, nothing formal about it. She asked about specific skills (with examples from my side) that were linked to the job description.
Second interview with a selection of the team. They were interested in how I work in cross-functional teams.
Third interview with hiring manager and the CEO. Mostly a conversation about my fit in the company (culture, work style etc)
