I was interviewed first by the store manager, then by the district manager initially. After passing both rounds I was sent to the corporate office where I attended a 3-day paid training class which taught about nutrition and supplements. After that I started the job and received further training from store manager. Once I started offering assistance to customers I felt well-equipped to know what was expected of me and where to go if I needed help or got stuck.
