The interview/ screening was via zoom. Casual questions that then turned into " what will you bring to the business to increase revenue " style questions. Please be aware they are part of a franchise so you will highly probable meet with the individual franchise owner/ operator. I was supposed to receive an email with next steps and an address for an in person but that never happened. I saw the job was reposted 5 mins after I got off of my interview call. 🙃 very weird. Also seemed like the franchise owner didn't have much industry experience so would heavily use and or hire someone to their benefit to help them grow their business but not provide equity.
